The Laser Welding System MSK-LW-S2000 is designed for the prismatic cell tab welding and top lid sealing.
There are 2 working stages. One is for the prismatic cell current collector welding. The other one is for the prismatic top lid/cap sealing.
The laser welding and sealing is the most critical step in the prismatic cell assembling procedure.

  • It is designed for high reflective materials such as aluminum and copper
  • The stable laser output ensure high-quality welding
  • The CCD Positioning. Quick positioning speed X: 500 mm/s, Y: 500 mm/s, Z: 500 mm/s.
  • The XY Stage Control System. Effective traverse distance X: 880 mm, Y: 230 mm, Z: 2400 mm.
  • It is suitable for prismatic cell case sealing with different dimensions and sizes
  • It is available to customize the positioning fixture based on the cell dimension.
