GRF3000 is a graphitization furnace up to 3000. Also, it can be used as a high vacuum heating furnace.

  • Maximum Temperature: 3000
  • Continuous Temperature: 2900
  • Vacuum (≤60pa in the hot state)
    • The protective gas( ArN2) is required to operate the furnace safely and properly.
  • Temperature Uniformity: ≤±10 Base on protective gas flow ≤10L/min, after 30 mins constant temperature
  • PID Temperature Control Accuracy: ±1
  • Touch screen control panel via
