Automatic Electrolyte Preparation (6 Liquid + 5 Powder, Up to 48 Electrolyte Recipes) and Coin Cell Assembling (16 channels) for Battery R&D - MSK-HTML-SLA16
MSK-HTML-SLA16 is a lab-scale automatic line with integrated multi-sources electrolyte preparation and 16 channels coin cell assembling line, which can used to discover the novel electrolyte composition for performance testing in coin cells. The electrolyte preparation system includes six kinds of solutions and five kinds of powders, which can form 48 different electrolyte recipes. The magnetic stirring unit was adopted for obtaining homogeneous electrolyte and the six-axis robot arm is used to move samples and containers. The 16 channels automatic coin cell assembling was further used to fabrication full coin cell for performance evaluation.
