  HPRVX356 is an customized automatic lifting & Stirring High-Pressure Reactor with an  6.7L Vessel up to 300 °C, 6 MPa pressure) and touchscreen control, ideal for hydrothermal and high-pressure chemical reactions.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Voltage: 220VAC+/-10% , three phase
  • Power: 6.4 KW 
  • Stirring Motor:  750 W by a magnetic coupling motor 
Pressure Vessel
  • The reactor vessel is made of SS316
  • Max. Pressure： 6 MPa
  • Vessel dimension： 120mm ID x 600 mm H  ( nominal capacity 6.78 L)
Ports and valves on the vessel
  • The cover of the reactor is operable manually to put a sample in
  • A pressure release valve is installed at the top of the reactor to release pressure when the pressure exceeds the limit.
  • A The thermal couple feedthrough port is built in
  • Gas inlet and outlet ports with valves are installed
  • One discharge port of 20 mm is built into the bottom of the reactor to release the slurry after mixing and reacting
Heating Jacket
  • Heating by an electric jacket up to 300 °C
  • PID temperature control with +/- 1 oC accuracy
  • Rapid cooling via a water recirculation around the vessel
Stirring System
  • Stirring torque: 300 N.cm
  • Stirring speed： 10~1500 rpm adjustable
  • Two stirring blades are included： anchor type and straight type

 

  • A customized stirring blade is available upon request
Control panel interface
  •   Touch screen control panel that programs the pressure, temperature, stirring speed, and time
  • RS-485 port  and software are included to record processing data
Water Chiller
  • One digital temperature-controlled recirculating chiller is included to cool the magnetic coupling motor
