CIP or WIP Die Set ( 30 mm ID. 300 Mpa Vessel) with Electrode Terminals for Battery Research - CIP30-E300

CIP30-E300 is CIP or WIP Die for solid-state battery research. It has a 30mm ID x110mm hydraulic chamber made of ultra-strength alloy with two electrode terminals. It can provide isostatic hydraulic pressure up to 330 MPa to study SSB properties vs. pressure and temperature.

Electrochemical Testing Option

 The CIP or WIP die with electrode terminals that can be connected to a special battery analyzer for electrochemical testing.
Application Notes
  • You may use the liquid rubber to seal the sample to be CIP ( click Pic.1 to order). Check this link to understand liquid rubber for sample preparation. 
  • You may use a small vacuum sealer to seal the sample before CIP inside a glovebox to avoid air contamination ( Click Pic. 2 to order)

Warning
  • Never let the press hold the target pressure be longer than 8 minutes,
  • Normally, the target pressure decreases a little bit during the pressure holding time, so never press the red or green button in this period.
  • Pressure must be completely released first, then make sure the hand wheel and the pressure release valve have been tightened before pressing
  • If you order the die only and use your own press machine, , MTI is not responsible for the safety
