The graphite-coated copper foil in a roll can be used as anode for pouch cell testing. 

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Coating Thickness:80 um +/- 5 um (double side coated) ( 40 micron on each side)
  • Total Thickness: 90 um +/- 8 um
    Foil Thickness: 10 um +/- 3 um
  • Width: 200mm (coating width of 175 mm, left and right-hand side is 12.5 mm without coating), Length: 20 m/roll
  • Double sides material density: 12.6 mg/cm2
  • Compaction density: 1.4 g/cm3
  • Active Material Proportion in Powder: 93.2% (Binder: SBR+CMC (2.5% SBR, 1.8% CMC), conductive carbon" Super P, 2.5% )

Specific Capacity: 330mAh/g (Areal Capacity: 3.79 mAh/cm2; Measured by IEC standard : 0.2C current, 4.2V -2.5V cut off. Half cell)
