1700°C Max 10 Channel Tube Furnace (1" Alumina) for Hi-Throughput Annealing - GSL-1700X-MGI-10

GSL-1700X-MGI-10 is a 10 channels tube furnace with a 25 mm O.D. alumina tube and sealing flange for high throughput heat treatment of alloy and ceramic material up to 1600°C. It is an excellent tool to research phase diagrams in MGI new generation material.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Furnace Structure
  • The furnace consists of 10 small tube furnace modules with alumina tube 25 O.D. x 460mm L
  • Each heating module is separated by insulation material with air cooling layer, no temperature influence each other
  • Each heating module's temperature is controlled independently up to 1600°C
  • Quick sealing flange, vacuum gauge, and flow meter are installed to allows heating under vacuum or flowing gas
  • Processing 10 samples with the different temperatures at a compact space 
Heating Element 
  • MoSi2

Working & Max Temperature

  • Continuous Working Temperature 1600°C
  • Maximum Working Temperature 1700°C (< 1 hrs)
Processing Tube & Flange 
  • 10 alumina tubes with 25mm O.D. x 460mm L are included
  • 10 Quickly clamped flange with 1/8 gas inlet and outlet, as well as vacuum ports are built-in
  • 20 needle valves are optional to connect to gas inlet and outlet for gas flow control
  • 10 vacuum ports in the back will be connected to a vacuum pump via 10 to 1 adaptor
  • Only one vacuum pump is required via a KF25 port. Click the picture below to choose a vacuum pump
  • Max. Vacuum 10^-3 Torr by a mechanical pump and 10^-5 Torr by a turbopump

  • 10 channel heating tubes are controlled independently by 30 segments programmable temperature controller
  • B type Thermal Couple
  • 10 controllers are integrated into a 7" PLC touch screen panel.

Heating Rate

Temperature Accuracy

  • +/- 1°C
  • +/- 0.1°C Euro-therm controller is optional at extra cost.

Power & Working Voltage

  • 15 KW, 208 - 240V single phase, 50/60Hz
