Atmospheric Plasma Jet-Flow system (Plasma Pen) for Surface Treatment-GSL1100XPJF

GSL1100X-PJF is a compact Atmospheric Plasma Jet-Flow ( so-called  Plasma Beam, Plasma Pen) system for surface Treatment, which consists of RF generator, flexible gas delivery pipe, and plasma beam head. The plasma jet flow can activate and clean material surface rapidly at low temperature without vacuum, such as single crystal wafer, optical component, plastics, etc. It is an excellent tool for cleaning wafer surfaces before epitaxial or optical fiber before welding to obtain higher quality. This device also may be used for studying atmosphere pressure CVD.

Plasma Beam
  • one plasma beam head is included
  • Beam head size10-12mm diameter.
  • Temperature:         Beam temperature is < 60oC for short time.  The plasma beam shall keep scanning to keep the sample surface temperature low.

Input Gas Pressure and Working Gases
  • 40 PSI min.
  • Air, N2, Ar, He, or any mixed gas  ( 5N purity prefered0
  • Dry compressive gas can be used
  • ( no flammable and explosive gases)

  •  No flammable gas
