250°C Tape Casting Coater with Heated Vacuum Bed (250Wx400L mm) & Doctor Blade - MSK-AFA-H200A

MSK-AFA- H200A is an NRTL standard Compact Tape Casting Coater with a vacuum chuck hotplate up to 250ºC and an active carbon filter on the top cover to protect the lab environment. It is an excellent tool to make high-temperature polymer coating or conductive ceramic film on various substrates.

  • 110 V or 220V AC 50/60Hz (Please select from the options bar)

Heatable Vacuum Platform
  • Vacuum chuck made of aluminum alloy with the micro-size holes
  • Vacuum chuck Area: 400mm (L) x 250mm (W) (16"L x 10"W )
  • Coating area: 300mm(L) x 200mm(W)
  • Heating elements are installed inside the chuck which can reach 250ºC Max. 
  • Precision digital temperature controller with +/- 1ºC accuracy
Vacuum Pump (Optional)
  • A vacuum pump is required, but not included.
  • Please order CE Compliance 120L/min Oilless Vacuum Pump
Film Applicator
  • 180 mm width applicator with micrometers for adjustment of coating thickness. (Pic. 1)
  • 24VDC motor driving mechanism, which can be used under Ar gas glovebox.
  • Optional hybrid film applicator with a doctor blade and a slot die is also available at an extra cost (Pic. 2)
Accuracy of Film thickness
  • +/- 0.01mm
Traverse Speed & Distance
  • Travel Speed: 1 - 90mm/sec variable
  • Travel distance: 0 - 300 mm adjustable
Top Cover and Filter
  • An active carbon filter and venting fan are installed on the top cover 
  • The filter will remove organic vapor to make the lab environment safe & clean
