MSK-MS-02 is a Lab-scale melt extruding (spinning) machine for preparing various polymer-based composite fibers or ribbons at micron or nanometer diameter, such as carbon composite, PTFE, and PEEK .to explore new generation composite materials.

Control Panel	PLC touch screen control panel PC remote control software is included for the control of temperature, pressure, and speed. If you decide to use the remote control function, please order a laptop from us to test the software.
Orifice Spinneret Fiber tape	Spinning head (orifice spinneret): single hole extrusion die with diameter 0.1 mm - 3.0 mm selectable (standard single hole diameter is 0.15 mm ) Optional: multi-hole extrusion die is available up to 32 holes upon request at extra cost Note: 0.1 mm hole can produce 5 - 10-micron diameter fiber depended winding wheel speed, which will provide a certain tensile force to make fiber diameter smaller The extrusion die is consumables. The spare die is available at extra cost You may choose a slit-die to extrude a tape ( film)
Winding Wheel	Winding wheel: 100 mm in diameter. Winding speed: 10-50m/min adjustable The wheel is a swing and the length is adjustable  The wheel is easy to install and replace
