Dual-Station 800W Ultrasonic Metal Welder (Max. 15 layers) with Fixture on Sliding Rail, 40KHz - MSK-UW-D800W

MSK-UW-D800W is a CE Certified ultrasonic metal welder with a touch-screen controller and a fixture on sliding rail. It is designed for welding stacked electrode sheets (Copper & Aluminum) and tabs onto current collectors to prepare Li-ion pouch cells in R&D laboratories.
The dual-station configuration enable separation of anode and cathode welding and their welding parameters can be individually set.
A fixture can be used to accommodate both pouch cell and tabs for welding and slide left and right.

MTI has granted the patent 201920351987.X for the Ultrasonic Tab Welding Machine MSK-800W since November 2019.

W1: Max. 210 mm, W2: Min. 6.5 mm, W3: Max. 206.5 mm

Tabs on the both sides: L1: Max. 380 mm, L2: Min. 6 mm,

Pneumatic Control (Not included)
  • Air pressure at 85 psi is required for the operation (Air Compressor is not included. Please click here to order)
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn about the installation of a gas regulator.
