172L Vacuum Chamber (17x20x30") with Digital Pressure Control for Altitude Simulation (UN 38.3.4.1) - MSK-VA172

MSK-VA172 has a 172 liters capacity larger vacuum chamber with a built-in vacuum pump and control system designed for Battery Altitude Simulation Test based on UN38.3 standard (38.3.4.1).
It can also be used as a vacuum storage chamber with automatic control of vacuum pressure and no vacuum leaking.

  • Ideal explosion-proof box with four Latch-Action Toggle Clamps for the high power rechargeable battery testing

Pressure Control

  • The pressure control system monitors and controls the chamber pressure. The pressure setpoint and holding time are user-defined (default 11.6kpa for 6 hrs)
  • 4.3" Touch-screen PLC panel to control & display pressure and running time automatically
  • Optional: (at an extra cost and upgrade to 215L, click the link below to see specs)
    • Can add pressure setting programmable function up to 9 segments according to the request
    • Can add heating programmable function up to the temperature of 200°C
Accessories
  • One 156 L/m Double-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump with Exhaust Filter, Bellows & KF-D25 Inlet, and vacuum pipe are built in the bottom of the box for immediate use
  • 4 mobile wheels are installed for easy moving
  • You can order NIST traceable digital gauge to calibrate vacuum chamber pressure at extra cost ( click Pic below right to order

  • NRTL (TUV-UL61010)) or CSA certification is available at an extra cost
Attention Note
  • Please be aware that the welding joints inside the chamber are ground in order to smooth out the surface, however, they are not mirror-polished.
