OTF-1200X-IV-S is the smallest 1100oC Four - Zone split tube furnace with a separate temperature control console. Such a four-zone furnace can create a step thermal gradient or uniform temperature zone up to 10" long by adjusting the four zones' temperature. The furnace can accept 1-2” OD processing tube (with min. 1000mmL). Four digital temperature controller is built in a separable unit . It is an excellent furnace for various CVD, PVD, PVT, and CVT applications.

Operation Instruction
|
- The tube furnaces with quartz/mullite tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure <0.2 bars
- Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
- Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
