- Note: This type Pirani gauge ZJ-52T need to periodic calibrate Full-Scale reading (FS at under atm. pressure) and Zero-Scale reading (ZS at vacuum 10-3 Torr), by using a screw type potentiometers to adjust the offset.

- How to Vacuum checks and Pirani settings, please try to clean To do this, first remove the gauge from its manifold, part fill with alcohol, place your finger over the open end and shake the gauge. Tip out the alcohol onto a tissue and look at the debris that was washed out.
