The MSK-PSP-LSS1010 is a small, single channel laser etching machine with features of high flexibility, accuracy, and speed, which can be used for laser scribing (P1, P2, P3, P4) of perovskite solar cells. 

SPECIFICATIONS:

Advanced Features
  • Solid-state laser with wavelength of 532 nm, which is used for precising etching of conductive glasses and thin films.
  • Professional controlling software that is compatible with CAD file for convenient laser scribing
  • Software is capable of regulating the vibration mirror, motor, and lifting platform to ensure stable operation 
  • Unique dedusting system design to ensure cleanness of substrate and platform.
