SP-15AB Dual Station 15KW Induction Heater is designed for a material research lab to quickly melt and perform heat treating to metallic materials up to 1kg. The 2m long power cable allows the heating station and the control station to be located up to 2m from each other for operation safety.

- The heater will shut down if over output occurs. Pls reduce coil cycle number to keep the heater operating under Max power
- Melting time and temperature are related to materials, the crucible, refractory insulation, etc.
- You may melt metal samples in a vacuum using a 60mm dia half-open quartz tube with a vacuum flange/valve. Please click the picture below for details on how to set up the vacuum tube
