Compact 1" Levitation Melting System - SPG-6VMS
SPG-6VMS is a vacuumable levitation melting system with1”. quartz tube for exploring new generation metallic alloy. Such an advanced system equips with a 6KW ultra high-frequency induction heater and special developed helical conical coil to suspend conductive metals up to 10g, such as Al, Mg, Cu, etc. The metal is then melted by a magnetic vortex within a vacuum-sealed quartz tube. The conductive workpiece is levitated, melted & untouched by the crucible during the process, and thus reducing the contamination to the minimum. A vacuum pump and recirculating water chiller are included for immediate use.
