500°C Max Vacuum Hot Plate (180x180 mm) w/ Digital Temperature Control - SVC-HP1515

SVC-HP1515 is a vacuumable hot plate ( 180x180mm area) up to 500oC with precision temperature control to treat air-sensitive samples under a vacuum or inert gas environment.


SPECIFICATIONS

Heating Plate
  • Copper heating plate with 180 x 180 mm area ( ~7x7") from Rt - 500 °C.
  • The digital temperature control unit is located in the outside vacuum chamber.
  • The copper surface provides uniform heat distribution and resists spills and corrosion
  •  Power 1500W 208-240VAC, 50/60Hz, single phase
  • 110V version is available via a transformer at an extra cost ( click here to order)
Chamber Structure
 
  • Made of polished 304 Stainless steel sheet
  • Inside: 16x13x14" (420×370×350, mm )
  • High-strength glass as the front door for easy observation
  • One KFD25 Adaptor is built in the chamber ( click the picture to the left to see ) to connect a vacuum pump  
  • Two stainless steel valve is built-in front panel for controlling the gas inlet and outlet
  • Mechanical vacuum gauge built into the front panel with an indication
  • One cable feedthrough is included to allow the temperature controller to work outside of chamber
Vacuum Level
 
  • The vacuum level is dependent on the vacuum pump
    • Max. vacuum pressure - 10E-4 -torr by turbopump
    • Max. vacuum pressure -0.1 Mpa <50 m-torr by a mechanical pump
    • Max. positive pressure 0.15 Mp
