Application Notes	For vacuum sealing, please choose vacuum flanges at the related products below This quartz tube is excellent for our GSL-1000X-20-LD tube furnace and DIY tube furnace below 1200°C Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube Quartz tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa In order to get longer tube service life, Please use a quartz or alumina crucible to carry the sample, instead of loading the sample directly inside the tube,  please click the picture below to order the crucible boat:
