VBF-1700-LPE is a furnace for liquid phase epitaxial crystal growth designed for growing YIG single crystal. 

Features

  • MoSi2 heating elements with operation temperature <1700ºC
  • Two heating zones: bottom heating and side heating for a uniform heating zone
  • Temperature control with +/- 0.1ºC accuracy
  • Rotary pulling mechanism from 0.03 mm/hr to 30 mm/hr.
  • High-quality fibrous alumina thermal insulation to ensure the best energy saving
  • Touchscreen panel for growth parameter adjustment
