150C Max. Larger Capacity (360L) Vacuum Drying Oven with Tri-level Shelf Heating Modules - DZF-3120

DZF-3120 is a floor stand vacuum drying/degassing/bake-out oven with large capacity (360 liters). It is manufactured with carefully selected UL/CSA/MET electrical components ( >24V DC/AC) which ensure the outstanding system performance and quality.

ADVANCED FEATURES:

  • Tri-level individual shelf heating modules provide ideal temperature uniformity, heat-up efficiency, and spacing for vacuum drying, degassing and bake-out applications.
  • PLC touch screen control enables automatic cycling conditions such as vacuuming, backfill with an inert gas, heating to the set temp., dwell, timing and pressure control.
  • Local temperature measuring for each heated shelf. The actual temperature of each shelf can be seen separately on the temperature controller.


SPECIFICATIONS:

Structure
  • Total capacity: 360 liters (120 liters per level)
  • Inner Chamber size: W800mm x D500mm x H300mm per level
  • A good vacuum seal is achieved by silicone door gasket and positive latch door
  • Three observation windows (12mm thick temper glass), one for each level 
  • High-quality glass wool insulation prevents heat loss and maintains a relatively low surface temp. < 40°C during the work
  • Interior material: Stainless Steel 304 (3mm thick)
  • Exterior material: Cold rolled steel plate (1.5mm thick)
Working Voltage
  • AC220±10%VAC, Three Phase (AC380V is available upon request)
Power Consumption
  • 25 KW 
Heating Rates
  • RT-80°C, less than 20 minutes (unloaded)

Gas Compressor (Optional, not included)

A gas compressor or house pressure system is required to provide 60-80 psi gas pressure for automatic switch of pneumatic valves. 

Gas Inlet/Vacuum Port
  • 1/4" fitting for chamber purging with inert gas
Certification
  • CE Certificate with UL/CSA certified components (>24VAC/DC)
  • UL certification for the entire system (UL 61010) is available upon request. Additional certification fee will be applied.
