Battery Testing Control Unit

Programs & Software

• The testing software is included to set various working modes for measuring the capacity and lifecycle of all types of rechargeable batteries
• Working modes Include constant current discharge, constant current charge, constant voltage charge, constant resistance discharge, rest, and etc.
• With a real-time monitoring interface and integrated graph/data windows, the testing process can be observed more directly and efficiently
• During the test, the software will provide instructions and warnings for assistance
• The calibration software can be used to calibrate the analyzer
• MS Excel 2013 30 days free trial is pre-installed for you to output the Excel data file.(Note: Updated information on 5/21/2015)

Test Reports and Curves for analysis

• Different types of curves can be created by software base on user definition. (Voltage-time curve, current-time curve, capacity-voltage curve, loops times charge/discharge capacity curve, loops times charge/ discharge efficiency curve, etc)
• Forms of data are created by the software. User can easily compare the performance of the batteries tested in channels both visually and statistically

Protection and Auto-recover

• If the power failure occurs during testing, the system will shut down all operating channels. Once power is recovered, the system will automatically resume those stopped channels and ensure that the test is normally conducted, so that no cases will lose any data.

WIFI Control

• Brand new laptop ( 4GB RAM 128GB SSD Hard drive) with MS Window 10 is included and the latest version testing software is installed and calibrated for immediate use.
• Notice: It is suggested to use an external hard drive to keep an instant backup of the collected data.

• New buyers must buy the software installed laptop to avoid trouble from installation. If you like to run multiple battery analyzers on one Laptop, you can just buy multiple analyzers with one laptop which are offered at a discounted price. 
• Warning: Please choose NEVER for Screen protection and Sleep in Power& Sleep setting of your computer, or it may lose connection from the battery analyzer.
• The customer can easily combine up to 20 battery analyzers (0.005-1mA, 0.1-10mA, 6mA-3000mA) by using a normal Ethernet cable connector via one computer.
