Compact Pouch Cell Case Forming Machine for Aluminum-Laminated Films w/ Optional Die - MSK-PN120

MSK-PN120 is a compact gas-driven Aluminum Laminated Films pouch case forming machine for pouch cell fabrication laboratory, which fits the electrodes cut by MSK-180S electrode cutting machine. The adjustable depth (spacers set is included in the standard package) allows the formed case to fit electrodes stacked in different heights.

  • Pure pneumatic press with adjustable press speed and pressure.
No electrical parts.
Standard Die Size
  • 4 sets of dies with various heights are included; there are 6 of them in each set.
  • Dimension 3mm depth die: 20mm Dia. x 18mm (H)
  • Dimension 4mm depth die: 20mm Dia. x 17mm (H)
  • Dimension 5mm depth die: 20mm Dia. x 16mm (H)
  • Dimension 6mm depth die: 20mm Dia. x 15mm (H)
Standard die size: 62mm (L) x 45mm (W) x 3/4/5/6 mm(Depth), which perfectly fits the electrodes cut by MSK-180
Customized Die Size
  • Customized die: $3675/set, delivery time 6-8 weeks.
  • Max die size: 40 x 35 mm (dual holes, fold, airbag)
  • Max die size: 61 x 47 mm (single hole, fold, airbag)
  • Max die size: 80 x 35 mm (single hole, four-side sealing, airbag)
  • Max die size: 80 x 65 mm (single hole, four-side sealing, no airbag)

Air Pressure Requirement

  • 0.8 - 1 MPa Air or inert gas
  • For use inside the glove box, please use inert gas

  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

Description

MSK-PN120 is a compact gas-driven Aluminum Laminated Films pouch case forming machine for pouch cell fabrication laboratory, which fits the electrodes cut by MSK-180S electrode cutting machine. The adjustable depth (spacers set is included in the standard package) allows the formed case to fit electrodes stacked in different heights.
