MSK-TE902-UL is a UL standard Gravity Impact (Free Fall) Tester that can simulate an impact to a lithium battery based on UN38.3 standard (38.3.4.6). Battery Free Fall Testing based on IEC-62133-8.3.3 standard is feasible with this tester.

Venting	A venting port is installed in the back chamber which shall be connected to your venting system. Duct included. (exhaust fan is not included) Warning:  Must keep venting fan and exhaust system running during battery testing to avoid pressure build-up in the case of battery explosion. Safety Door	A pressure relief door is on the back of the chamber. In the case of a battery explosion, the door will "pop" to release the pressure inside of the chamber. Attention: Do not block the Pressure Relief Door
Free Fall Testing (Optional)	Freefall testing based on IEC-62133-8.3.3 is feasible with electric driven testing fixtures (Picture left). The additional cost will apply, please contact us for more details This fixture is only for small single cells. For a larger battery pack, please choose MSK-908
