HVF-1600X-64 is a high-vacuum chamber furnace with a water-cooled wall and an effective heating chamber of 400x400x400mm ( 64 L) . Maximum working temperature of 1600°C. It is designed for high-vacuum heating treatment of small samples in a well-defined, clean environment. 
It features: 
  • Water-cooled 304 SS chamber
  • All metal thermal insulation and heating elements are designed for high vacuum conditions
  • L400 x W400x Depth 400 mm effective heating  zone  ( ~64L)
  • Ultimate vacuum <1e-6 torr
  • Compatible gas: Ar, N2, H2, etc.
