MLLR-7-360 is a customized Seven-layer roll-to-roll lamination machine up to 12" and 150ºC. which is designed to laminate 7 layers of films into one for battery or battery recycling research. This machine can be operated under Ar gas for air-sensitive materials.

Multi-layer Film Feeding Fixture	7 feeding rollers are installed on the fixture to carry seven kinds of film Each roller has a 1" diameter rolling rod and adjustable width from 4" to 12"  Max feeding roller diameter is 75 mm diameter with feeding film The unit of tension rollers is included to guide 7-layer films into laminating machine  10 layer feeding roller fixture is available upon request
Laminating Machine	The seven-layer film will be sent into a heat able laminating machine Laminating width: 361 mm  Laminating thickness: 0.1 mm - 5.0 mm Laminating temperature: Room temperature to 130oC controlled by digital temperature controller Laminating speed: 5 - 1.0 meter/min adjustable via digital speed controller Optional: laminating machine with hydraulic pressure up to 10 MPa is available at the extra cost.
Winding Fixture	One tension control winding fixture is included to ensure winding tightly Winding roller diameter: 50 mm ( 1.9 ") Final winded roll diameter: 100 mm - 150 mm with automatic stop function Alignment fixture is available with additional cost
Compliance	NRTL or CSA certification is available upon request at the extra cost
