MSK-111A-ALT is a fully automatic stacking machine for large pouch cell electrodes up to L400 mm x W170 mm x 25mm thick at the speed about 2 seconds per piece.
Advanced Features:

  • PLC Touch Screen Control allows easy condition setting
  • Auto electrode pick-up & stacking via vacuum suction manipulator
  • Adjustable mechanical fixture for accurate electrode positioning 
  • Unreeling rotors for separator film feeding with 
  • Auto-tension control for separator film delivery
  • ESD system and dust removing system are built in the operation house

Stacking Fixture 
  • One set of stacking die fixtures is included for immediate use. ( Please confirm electrode size before purchase)
  • If you need different size electrode stacking, please inform us before order. We will make it for you at an extra cost.  Each size cell needs one mold
Vacuum Pump
  • An Oilless Vacuum pump (28L/min, 140W) is built-in to enable the vacuum suction function of the electrode pick-up/stacking manipulator. 
Operation Procedure
  • Manually load electrode sheet to sample tray
  • Set up the program to stacking layer number
  • Push button to stack the electrode with separator automatically
  • Then finish, cut-off separator and tape the stacked cell, and take off it manually
  1. Utility requirement
  • 0.5 - 0.8 MPa (Air compressor is not included in the standard package. Please click here to order.
  • Gas flow requirement: 150 L/minute
  • The environment Temperature25±3, Humidity: 30~90RH, without vibration and electromagnetic interference
