MSK-111A-E is a high-accuracy automatic stacking machine with many advanced features to ensure stable, repeatable, and precise electrode stacking. In its "Z" fashion stacking method, Anode and Cathode electrodes are alternatively stacked with the separator film in between. 
Advanced Features:

  • PLC Touch Screen Control allows easy condition setting
  • Continuous "Z" fashion stacking with a separator 
  • Auto electrode pick-up & stacking via vacuum suction manipulator
  • Adjustable mechanical fixture for accurate electrode positioning 
  • Unreeling rotors for separator film feeding
  • Auto-tension control for separator film delivery
  • One set of 80x50mm stocking die fixtures is included for immediate use.

  • 208-240VAC, 50/60Hz, single phase. 
  • AC 110V version is available via a 2000W transformer.

  • Max. Size:   200 mm L x 150 mm W (customer should inform us the stacking die size).
  • Maximum thickness for the stacking electrodes is 15 mm
  • Other small stacking slot sizes are avilble upon request

Vacuum Pump
  • An Oilless Vacuum pump (28L/min, 140W) is built-in to enable the vacuum suction function of the electrode pick-up/stacking manipulator. 
Suggested Air Pressure
  • 0.5 - 0.8 MPa (Air compressor is not included in the standard package. Please click here to order)
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

Application Notes
  • Note: please confirm electrode sheet size before order ( each mold only fit with one size electrode )
  • To get the special shape of the electrode for stacking, you may need MSK-180-AM Auto electrode die cutting machine, and use MSK-120 Pouch Forming Machine to form the pouch.
  • This machine can be put in a glovebox and operated in Ar gas
