MSK-155 is an automatic slurry feeder with peristaltic pump and stainless steel reservoir. It is designed for use with MTI Roll-to-Roll web coaters such as MSK-AFA-E200 and MSK-AFA-EI300 for Li-ion battery electrode coating process.

Features
  • Peristaltic pump for precise slurry feeding rate control.
  • Compact design with two sets of stainless steel reservoirs and peristaltic pumps prevent cross contaminations between cathode and anode slurries.
  • Corrosion resistant pipeline is compatible with any acidic, alkaline slurries

  • 110~240VAC +/-10%, 50/60Hz
  • 100W Max.

Slurry Reservoir

  • Over-temperature protection and alarm allow for operation without attendant(s).
  • +/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy.

Application Note

 Such a slurry feeder can be used with roll-to-roll web coaters such as MSK-AFA-E200 and MSK-AFA-EI300 to achieve higher product efficiency.
