Slot Die coating

• The slot die is perfect for a uniform film coating of 1 micron and up to 200-micron thickness. By changing the shim size with various patterns, you may be able to produce continuous, intermittent, or even grid coatings that match the shim patterns. Atmosphere Plasma Treatment
(Optional)

• Atmosphere plasma cleaning add-on for the substrate is available upon request. Such a surface treatment will activate and increase the energy of the substrate surface and thus enables a better adhesion & bonding to the coating materials

• For continuous operation of slurry mixing + filtration + roll-to-roll coating, please find the following combination.
