MSK-115A-SS is a mini 4-in-1 sealer for top/side & final vacuum standing & sealing for pouch cell with a maximum size of L100 x W100 x H12 (mm). The sealer can be put into the glovebox through the standard antechamber, and operated in Ar gas.
- Four functions: Side Sealing, Purging/cleaning, Vacuum Standing, and Vacuum Sealing.
- One KF40 feedthrough with all necessary power cables gas tubes and vacuum pipes is included to connect the sealer to the devices outside the glovebox
- A vacuumable tube is included to help put all cables and tubes with KF40 into the glovebox without any air leaking.
- The purging function will remove the oxygen and moisture in a cell, which is beneficial for forming a superior SEI layer during the initial cycling of solid-state pouch cell batteries.
- A perfect lab tool for lab research of liquid, semi-solid, or solid-state pouch cell batteries, as well as metal-gas (eg: Li-O2, Li-CO2, Al-CO2) batteries.
