MSK-115-III is a 3-in-1 compact hot sealer.

• the preliminary sealing top and side of the pouch cell before electrolyte injection (MSK-140)
• the vacuum sealing for the pouch case after injection of electrolyte in the glove box (MSK-115A)
• the vacuum standing for the electrolyte diffusion and degassing (MSK-170) (Vacuum time adjustable)

It is designed for Li-S pouch cell preparation in glove-box for space-saving.
MSK-115-III is an upgraded version from MSK-115A with an extra top&side sealing function and a vacuum timer.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Features	Sealing Mode (Top, Side, and vacuum): MSK-115-III with Rubber Sealing blade and Manual Footswitch is specially designed for hot sealing the top side of the pouch cell with the tab extruded. Unlike hard-type sealing blades, the soft-type sealing blade is able to eliminate the sealing gap caused by the battery taps. Vacuum Sealing Mode: After electrolyte injection, The device will perform the final vacuum sealing for the pouch cell. Vacuum Standing Mode: Before the vacuum sealing, The device can do the vacuum standing for the electrolyte diffusion and degassing. The vacuum timer would be used for standing time control.
