MSK-DPC-B230 is a high-precision rolling press up to Max. pressure of 80 Tons designed for electrodes in battery research and development. It utilizes a hydraulic pressing mechanism for stable rolling pressure for electrodes to achieve high compact density during the calendaring process. The roller gap is precisely controlled by a stepper motor to allow accurate and repeatable adjustment for consistent processing conditions. An optional R2R film unwinding and winding system is available upon request to enable continuous electrode processing. 

With its precise pressure control and gap adjustment, the MSK-DPC-B230 provides an ideal solution for producing uniform and repeatable electrodes sheet for laboratory-scale battery research and development.
