OTF-1200X-VT-80 is a split Vertical Tube Furnace with vacuum sealed 80mm diameter quartz tube, which can achieve faster sample heating and quenching in the vacuum or flowing gas. The precision temperature controller can provide 30 segments of heating and cooling steps with +/- 1°C accuracy. It is an ideal furnace for making quenching tests and temperature measurements. The vertical tube furnace is installed in a heavy-duty mobile for easy moving.

    • You may upgrade the temperature controller to the Eurotherm Temperature Controller, which is fully compatible with Eurotherm iTools software. Vacuum & Fitting Ports
  • Two stainless steel flanges with a vacuum gauge and valves included
    • Gas outlet ( vacuum port ) on top with 1/4" barb connector
    • Gas inlet on the bottom with 1/4" barb connector
  • A hook ring is welded inside the top flange for hanging a thermal block or crucible by wire
  • You may choose any connectors (KF25D adapter, 1/4'' Swagelok Tube Fitting) as shown in the picture left at extra cost
