1200°C Max Four-zone Split Tube Furnace with Optional 8", 10", or 14" ID Tube - OTF-1200X-IV

OTF-1200X-IV is a large, split-able four-zone tube furnace with a 47" L heating zone and optional 8", 10", and 145 ID quartz tubes up to 1200°C. The multiple zones tube furnace is enabled to create an up to 36 "L uniform temperature zone within +/- 5ºC. The quartz tube and vacuum sealing flanges with a pressure gauge & a ball valve are included for immediate use. Three programmable digital temperature controllers are installed with a K-type thermal couple with an accuracy of +/- 1 °C. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples under various gas atmospheres.

Furnace Structure


  • Double-layer steel case with two cooling fans, which ensure low surface temperature;
  • Energy-saving high-purity fibrous alumina insulation;
  • Buffer types of thermal blocks made of quartz discs are included for better cleanness. 
  • Two pneumatic cylinders drive the top split cover to make operation easy.

  • One pair of SS 304 vacuum flange with double high-temperature silicone O-ring and water cooling jacket is Included
  • 2 needle valves are installed with a flange
  • One Vacuum/ pressure gauge is installed on one side flange
  • The vacuum level is 10-2 torr by the mechanical vacuum pump and 10-5 torr by the turbopump.

  • +/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy.
  • RS485 Communications Port and software are inclued to operate witha laptop
  
Eurotherm Temperature Controllers (optional upgrade)
The 
  • Eurotherm 3000 controller is available upon request 
  • Temperature Accuracy: ± 0.1ºC
  • Recipes: Using a PC tool, recipes can be created to change the operating parameters of the 3000 simply by selecting a new recipe via the HMI. This is very useful where multiple products are processed using the same controller but require different parameters to be set.
