Quartz Tube & Sealing Flange

- One quartz tube φ152 mm OD x 142 mm ID x 700mm L is included
- Water-cooled flanges are installed on two ends of the tube with a KF-25D vacuum port & pressure gauge as well as a 1/4" gas inlet port with an SS304 needle valve ( Pic. 1-2)
- 12L/minute water flow is required, and using an optional recirculating water chiller to save water ( click picture 3 below right to order at extra cost ) is highly recommended.

Graphite Pressing Die Set
|
- One set of 1" ID graphite die is included for immediate use.
- The dies are made of high purity graphite with a working pressure of 100 MPa ( ~5T force) (Pic. 1)

The graphite pressing die gets broken easily and is consumable, please order extra sets for spare
- We can also provide customized die sets up to 4" ID upon request.
- One set of graphite pressing rod (One top & one bottom) is included. ( Pic. 1 left), optional alumina or BN rod is available upon request at a extra cost.
- Mica spacers are used to adjust the height of die sets (while providing heat insulation). Please click on the bottom right picture below to order spares. bottom right photo
