1700ºC Vacuum Rapid Heated Pressing Furnace up to 100 MPa with Graphite Die - OTF-1700X-RHP4
Reference: Please view"Rapid consolidation of powdered materials by induction hot pressing"published by Review of Scientific Instruments 82, 025104 (2011), which initially provides the RHP idea.
Please note that we updated the product exterior design since Dec 2025
OTF-1700X-RHP4 is a Vacuum Rapid Heated Pressing Furnace (VRHP or RHP) designed for making dense pallets under vacuum or a protective gas environment. A 15 kW temperature-controllable induction heater is integrated into the system, providing sufficient power to heat the graphite pressing die to 1700 ºC rapidly. The Induction coil is built inside a stainless steel vacuum chamber. An electric hydraulic press is inserted from the bottom of the chamber, providing up to 5 tons of pressing force. 2000oC Max working temperature is available up on request at extra cost
