15KW Induction Melting System ( 60mm Tube) w/ Top-Suction Casting for Thin Rod Up to 1200°C - SP-15VSC
SP-15VSC is a 15KW induction heating/melting system with a Top-Vacuum-Suction mechanism. Such a unique feature can produce cast products ( 3 - 5 mm Dia. rod shape) by raising and introducing the molten metal into the top quartz feeding tube. The sucking force applied results in a fast movement of the melt and cause the rapid solidification of the melt inside the quartz feeding tube. It is an ideal tool for preparing small diameter alloy rod with reduced shrinkage cavity defects.
