MSK-156-L is an automatic slurry feeder with a screw pump and stainless steel reservoir. It is designed for use with MTI Roll-to-Roll web coating system MSK-AFA-SD400
for Li-ion battery electrode coating process.

Features
  • Screw pump for high viscosity slurry feeding.
  • Pneumatic airtight slurry reservoir.
  • Corrosion-resistant pipeline compatible with any acidic, alkaline slurries
  • Precise slurry feeding with defined speed 

Power Requirement
  • AC 220V +/- 10%, single phase, 50/60Hz
  • 500W Max.

Compressed Gas Requirement
  • 0.5~0.8MPa compress gas is required.

Feeding rate
  • 0.006～420 mL/min, adjustable

Slurry Reservoir 
  • Four tank options: 12L, 15L, 20L, and 40 L, 304 stainless steel
  • The stator is made of EPDM.
  • The rotor is made of SUS316

NMP Compatible
  • It is compatible with NMP
