1600C Three Zone Split Tube Furnace with Flange & 80 mm Dia. Alumina Tube - OTF-1600X-III

OTF-1600X-III- is a split-able three-zone tube furnace with Kanthal 1650°C grade SiC heating element, 82mm OD Alumina tube and vacuum-sealed flange. Three 30 segments of temperature controllers are installed with S type thermal couples. Microprocessor-based self-tuning PID provides excellent control with no overshooting and +/- 1°C accuracy. It is an excellent furnace for exchanging processing tube for multi-purpose up to 1600°C.

  • +/- 1ºC temperature control accuracy
  • Default DB9 PC communication port (PC control module and software are sold separately. See optional.
Optional:
  • MTS-02 PC control module (also including cable and software) is an add-on option for PC control
    • It is recommended to purchase the module together with the furnace. We install and test it before shipping
    • It is recommended to purchase the laptop (with software pre-installed) together to avoid conflict

  • The tube furnaces with alumina tube are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.02 MPa 
  • Never use graphite crucible an alumina tube.
  • Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on a gas cylinder to limit the-the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
